Black Naturists Association (BNA) is bringing the heat Memorial Day week with our annual Black & Naked Homecoming, the premier Black Nudist event at Hedonism!! Enjoy 7 (or 5...but you'll definitely want to do 7!) nights of fun, food, relaxation, libations, and--in true BNA fashion--nude freedom...it's an experience you'll want to have year after year!

Black Naturists Association (BNA) is an organization that advocates nudity through naturist environments and activities to help promote healthy body images and self-esteem for those in the black community. BNA does not discriminate against anyone on the basis of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, or religion. We welcome all who understand and support our mission—which is to create a safe and judgement free space for people of color who want to experience naturism. It is a safe space for all who want to embrace and celebrate the nudist lifestyle! 

All prices listed are per person. 

The price listed for double occupancy rooms is what each person in a 2-person room must pay. If booking together as a couple (or as friends), you must book 2 participants in the double category of your chosen room type.

Packages for 5- and 7-night stays are priced as listed. Packages for less than 5 nights are not available. Member Discounts 

In order to receive a member discount, you must be a member of BNA before booking your trip, and you must use the member discount code at the time of booking. Member discounts will not be applied retroactively. If you book the trip, and then become a member later, or if you are a current member and do not use the member discount code at the time of booking, the discount will not be retroactively applied to your reservation.

Pay with BNA to play with BNA!

BNA's Black & Naked Homecoming 2026 activities and specialty swag items are ONLY for those who have booked with our group. There is no "activities-only" fee that you can pay to just participate if you have booked on your own or with another group.

At BNA, we strive to accommodate all roommate requests, but due to resort limitations, we ask that you carefully review the following policies before selecting double occupancy:

Rooms with two separate beds are extremely limited. If you request to be paired with a roommate, we will request that you be placed in a room with 2 beds, but a room with 2 beds is not guaranteed. Requests for separate beds may be fulfilled by either 2 single beds or 1 king bed and 1 single bed.

Those requesting a specific roommate must be booked in the same room category to be paired together. If you list someone as your roommate and they do not book, you will be paired with someone else, subject to availability.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to pair you with a roommate. If a suitable roommate is not secured 60 days before the trip, you will be required to pay the difference for a single occupancy room.

Switching to Single Occupancy After a Roommate is Assigned: If you opt to switch to a single room after being paired, and your roommate still attends, any costs incurred to relocate your roommate to another room category or to a single occupancy room will be added to your total balance.

Canceling After a Roommate is Assigned: If you cancel your booking after being paired, and your roommate remains on the trip, any costs incurred to relocate your roommate will be deducted from any potential refund you may receive by transferring your booking to another traveler. We do not guarantee the transferability of reservations.

Per resort policy, two unmarried men are not permitted to share a room.

By selecting double occupancy, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to an incredible experience together! If you have any questions or need assistance with your booking, feel free to reach out.

The payment schedule is detailed and specific to the room category you select. It is your responsibility to keep track of payment deadlines and set reminders, as Black Naturists Association does not send out payment reminders. Final balance payments are due March 15, 2026 regardless of when you booked the trip.

Late payments will incur a fee of $50, assessed on the fifth day following a missed payment. This fee will be added to the balance of your reservation. Reservations with payments overdue by more than 30 days may be cancelled without the possibility of a refund. If a reservation is cancelled—whether by request or due to nonpayment—you may still attend the trip by paying a $50 reinstatement fee, in addition to any applicable late fees and the overdue balance. 

For bookings made on or after January 1, 2026, a nonrefundable $100 change fee applies to any voluntary change to your reservation, subject to availability. This includes date changes, name changes, room type changes, downgrades to a lower-priced package, and upgrades to a package with a price difference of less than $250.

For new bookings, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking, during which time you may receive a full refund of your deposit. However, after this 24-hour window, all deposits and payments become non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit a written request via email to BlackNaturistsAssociation@gmail.com.

Reservations with payments overdue by more than 30 days are subject to cancellation without refund. If your reservation is cancelled due to nonpayment but you still wish to attend, you will need to pay a $50 reinstatement fee, as well as any applicable late fees and overdue amounts. Please note that no-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are not eligible for refunds. Late fees and reinstatement fees are non-refundable. Additionally, changes to room types, such as downgrades, made after 90 days prior to the trip start date (February 22, 2026) are also non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a trip, we do allow you to transfer your booking to another traveler. Your deposit is nonrefundable and will be deducted from any funds returned to you after transferring your booking to another traveler. The responsibility is yours to find someone to whom you can transfer your reservation and to initiate the transfer by bringing the new traveler to us for approval and processing. While BNA can assist with the transfer process, the responsibility for finding a replacement lies with you. If we resell your spot or room during the ordinary course of business, this will not be considered a transfer, and no refund will be due.

Please be aware that your deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from any funds returned to you after the transfer is completed. Late fees and reinstatement fees are non-refundable. Transfers must be finalized no later than 90 days before the start of the trip (February 22, 2026), and all transfer requests should be emailed to BlackNaturistsAssociation@gmail.com.

Proof of travel insurance is required and must be submitted by February 22, 2026. 

Black Naturists Association does not provide health, life, or liability insurance for trip attendees. Therefore, all participants are required to submit proof of travel insurance by the specified deadline. Please note that all deposits and payments made to BNA are non-refundable, so having comprehensive travel insurance is critical.

Travel insurance can protect you against a range of unforeseen circumstances, such as emergency medical treatment, flight cancellations, unexpected financial changes, or scheduling conflicts. It is highly recommended that you purchase a comprehensive policy that includes medical coverage and evacuation, as well as "Cancel for Any Reason" and COVID-19 protection clauses. 

You can easily add travel insurance to your booking at checkout, or secure your own policy. To ensure eligibility for certain protections like "Cancel for Any Reason," it is advisable to purchase travel insurance immediately after booking, as many providers only offer this coverage within 7 to 10 days of the initial booking.

Participants are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations of foreign countries, including requirements for testing, vaccinations, health screenings, documentation, and prior authorization for travel. It is crucial to monitor any changes in entry requirements or deadlines. BNA is not liable for cancellations resulting from failure to meet these requirements, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

For the safety of all participants, a preliminary sex offender check is conducted for all non-members at the time of booking. By booking a trip with BNA, you certify that you are not currently, nor have ever been, registered as a sexual predator or convicted of crimes such as rape, child pornography, molestation, statutory rape, or internet-related sex offenses.
